Both the KLX models are being claimed as more accessible platforms for everyday riders. Thus, these affordable four-stroke variants utilize the company’s high-tensile steel frame, aluminum swingarm, and six-speed transmission while introducing varying suspension heights and travels for differing ride types.
Besides other features, the air-cooled KLX 230R boasts a lower silhouette for short riders. On the other hand, the liquid-cooled KLX 300R offers 11.2 inches of travel and a Uni-Trak suspension for enhanced absorption while on the trail.
